Or just relax at the farm, watch us milk the cows or cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. The village is a 10-minute walk away and offers a variety of activities and services. It is perfect for a stay of 6 people. Cross the street and you have access to our land on the private waterfront and have an aperitif on the Quay (summer) with your feet in the water

In St-Armand🇨🇦, a small house ideal as a pied-à-terre for visiting the area/wine route. 3 km from the border, near 133, it allows you to visit Vermont without sleeping in the United States. With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.
