Our small vacation home in the middle of the Five Lakes region and on the outskirts of Munich is the perfect place for your next vacation. Sustainably and ecologically built in wooden construction and reinterpreting the idea of a “tiny house” with only 2 rooms. Instead of having to do without something or having to restrict yourself, you will find a high-quality equipped new building with all its advantages, such as underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen-living room or luxurious bathrooms with shower & bathtub.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Our house is located about 25 km south of Munich, nestled in the beautiful Isar. Close by, you’ll find the stunning Lake Starnberg and the peaceful Isar River. And if you’re a mountain lover, you’ll be there in no time! If the weather doesn't cooperate, no worries - Munich offers plenty of exciting alternatives with its rich culture, sights, and experiences. It’s the perfect spot for families, Oktoberfest visitors, fair guests, or simply anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Grünwald near the Grünwald Forest. It can be reached via the shared entrance via a separate staircase to the upper floor. The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).
