Vacation rentals with a pool in Bajo Guadalquivir

I spent the weekend with my girlfriends and we loved it. Initially we struggled to find the accommodation and the access road to the development is in poor condition. However, the house was beautiful and very clean. We were received by Gloria, who was fantastic, she adapted very well to our schedules. Due to the bad weather we were not able to enjoy the pool, so we have to repeat!

Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. Spacious house, very good location as beach and restaurants nearby.

Exactly like the photos, it has everything we needed during our stay, and Mercedes was very helpful, provided local recommendations, and very proactive. Chiclana and the surrounding area is a beautiful place in Spain, a good place as a base for exploring Cadiz, Seville, Tarifa, Vejer, Bologna, etc. There are plenty of supermarkets , restaurants, bars , ice cream shops in the town. Close to the beach (by car) and the mega beach because it's the ocean, so it's wonderful.

On arrival, Ana and Fer greeted us like dear friends, which made us feel right at home and very welcome. As you enter the property, the first thing you notice is the fresh smell of cleanliness and a gentle pleasant aroma of airfresh diffusers. Then, OMG! It's a palace! The place is modern, high tech, bright with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The outside is spacious, with soft seating areas, outside kitchen bar and toilet and a stunning large pool. If this was a hotel, it would be 7-star rated. TV's in bedrooms is a bonus, and we had the use of washing machine which was not listed. Ana and Fer left us a welcome gift of the local Sherry which was wonderful and much appreciated. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had plenty of condiments, coffee pods and necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. We slept like babies in their comfortable beds, and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The best! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

This was the second time we stayed at Macarena's Airbnb in just a few months. This time when stayed while purchasing a home in Spain. Macarena is a terrific host with a beautiful apartment. We loved this specific location (Punta Candor) in Rota. The apartment is very comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay in Rota.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

The place was perfect for us. We are a family of five with three little girls and had just what we needed in terms of space and amenities. The location is really good for families because it has a huge park right in front that communicates with the rest of the landscaped and recreational areas that consists of Costa Ballena so its location is very pleasant. It is also a property located in a quiet development with remarkable features as it is an penthouse with two terraces, one of which is large. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very suitable. Communication with Marisa was extraordinary at all times, with clear and precise instructions from the beginning that made everything easier both upon arrival and departure. She is a dedicated host who projects seriousness and professionalism. We had a great few days and will repeat as soon as possible. Thank you Marisa for everything.

We stayed 2 months in winter. The apartment and its surroundings are very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone wanting an excellent vacation.

Perfect place and very responsive and nice host. 20 minute walk to the center …very lively and many places to dine
