Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this, we provide you with 4 bicycles - free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! The national blue hiking trail passes this 2.5-hectare land and you can reach in less than 5kms the Roman waterfall walking by the Gaja stream. Easy access by car, 1.5 hours from Budapest, 30 minutes from Veszprém, and 40 minutes to Lake Balaton. The yurt is very modern, with all amenities available. Surrounded by an in-progress permaculture garden and the Bakony forest.

The villa is located 6 km from Győr, in a quiet, tranquil environment in Győrzámolyon. Parties are strictly prohibited! The 160m2 stylishly furnished direct lakefront villa awaits its guests with spacious spaces, a 75 m2 huge covered terrace, a 5-person jacuzzi and an infrared sauna! We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people in the living room if needed, and there is a +1 extra bed. It's an ideal place for families, groups of friends who want to recharge in a scenic setting.

A real treasure chest hidden among the traditional cellar rows of Gyarmat. The small cottage is the perfect place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and want a little peace and quiet. All this can be done next to a relaxing hot tub, with its own vegetable garden, fruit trees (depending on the season), a huge green garden and a beautiful panorama. If you are lucky, you can even see deer or rabbits jumping over it in the morning and evening hours.

Lean back and relax in this new, perfectly equipped, stylish place and spacious garden! The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, you can also bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer. After a hike, a hot, relaxing bath in the two-person tub is ideal.

Budapest and Vienna can be easily reached in 90 minutes by car and at Lake Balaton they are also in the same time.
