Great place to stay and a great location!

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

This place met all of our needs and was nicely appointed. Megan is a great communicator and made things easy to navigate.

We had a lovely time. Grant and Laura's place was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Check-in was super-easy and our hosts gave us great recommendations for things to do. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Stevens place was clean and in a great location. He was quick to respond and fix when we had an issue with the doorknob. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described but even better. I kinda wished I actually lived there. :) Kelly was very nice and checked in regularly in case we needed anything. Would absolutely book again.

The home is gorgeous with plenty of room. In a quiet location, but close by to plenty of places to go. Host was super responsive on messages. For example: a message was sent letting them know a remote was missing, and multiple were there in hours as replacement. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Tatum, was very responsive and kind. Thank you! ☺️

Super clean, lovely house with ample space for socializing. We were able to walk to the Cargo District and Riverfront relatively easily and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax each day.

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

Perfect little place, for my solo shelling trip. The location could not be any better, when I’m not on the beach, I am on the porch taking in the ocean views. This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and I have already booked my next stay.

Beautiful modern house, good size for my family of 5 members. Really nice neighborhood, new, clean and peaceful. The house is equipped with all necessary amenities. I can still call it the perfect house, even tho two things bothered me, I was not able to cook home made flour tortillas for my son's (one flew from Ohio the other is in active duty in NC, we are from Texas) For some reason the stove didn't heat up high enough to cook em. Second, I have a small Shih Tzu ,he fit thru the back bar fenced, thank God I found him. Not the hostess fault, it is fenced, but not small dog approve.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

Loved staying at chads place close to the ferry and fort fisher. He recommend a place to eat and was a good recommendation. Very responsive.

It was very homey & peaceful. The view of the beach was amazing. The bed was SUPER comfortable & the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Lovely stay & I would love to return again!

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

Place was just as described & exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Great proximity from the beach & felt right at home. We would gladly stay at Emily’s again if she’d have us!

It was a great stay! The place was super nice, and had everything we needed. All the appliances were also super nice and updated.

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location!! Easy walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was simple and almost no driving required! Hosts were proactive and gave very clear instructions for entry. Simple to follow notes throughout the unit to aid with your stay (mostly to help navigate the outlets and avoid confusion). Would absolutely stay here again!
