Welcome to Tiny Houses Ham "Houten Huisje", our cozy cottage, ideally located in the heart of the cycling and hiking paradise Limburg. Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It's not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. For the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seating areas.
