Terraces with sea view. Private open parking. Unforgettable location, we have put love and care into it. From the parking to reach the chalet we will go down a path on foot for about 30m. Not in front path with access to the sea (rocky coast) only for fit adult guests.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

La Campagnedda is located within the baron Felice Pastore hunting estate in 1800. It is in a strategic position as it is close to the magnificent beach of balestrate, a few km from Alcamo, Castellammare Del Golfo, Palermo and San Vito lo Capo.
