Villa vacation rentals in Balestrate

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 1,5 und 3,5) fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Zaira hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom Kinderwagen, Babybett und Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden. Als wir einen Stromausfall hatten, hat sie innerhalb von 1 Minute geantwortet und uns die Lösung gezeigt und wir hatten sofort wieder Licht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber und wir konnten sogar im beheiztem Wasser baden. Die Kinder hatten extrem Spass und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Um die Gegend zu erkunden benötigt man ein Auto und ist in ca. 30min in Palermo und in 10min am Flughafen. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Caterina and her husband are gracious, caring hosts with great taste. They have a beautifully decorated home with local Sicilian design elements and souvenirs from their travels around the world. They also greeted us with glasses of wine and helped us get settled in, and provided us with awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They went above and beyond to assist with our stay and we are forever grateful to them for their hospitality and easy communication!

Villa Nàmali was a wonderful and clean place to spend the week. We just wish we had longer than a week! You can eat dinner with sea views, walk to the beach and a pizza place, and explore the region from this lovely home. The focus of this home is being outdoors with the larger kitchen outside and terrace. We traveled with children and this meant that they were playing outside almost the entire day (when we weren't sight seeing). Despite focusing on outdoors, the beds were very comfortable and the inside was very clean. The inside was so clean in fact, that I didn't even get dusty when fishing a dropped deck of cards out from under a bed. Marco was super accommodating and flexible with our check in, even on Easter Sunday. This seems to be one of the rare Airbnb places that is or was used by the host at one point and not just quickly slapped together for the tourism industry.

This place was exactly like the pictures. It’s gorgeous and the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The rooms are clean are modern and it feels like a five star resort. Marko was very responsive and helpful in terms of planning - I will call out that they don’t allow outside chefs or visitors which wasn’t in the listing and caused some stress for us. Additionally, although Castellammare del Golfo is a very cute town with lots of restaurants - it is difficult to walk there and back from the villa due to the large hill and it was much harder and more expensive than expected to get back and forth from the city centre and to the beach. Overall we had an amazing experience at the villa and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

Merci pour votre accueil nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle! Le logement est parfait ainsi que son emplacement. L'hôte est attentionné et réactif. Restaurants près, marchés à distance de marche du logement, stationnement facilitant le séjour.Nous recommandons à tous, ce logement est idéal pour compléter cette destination voyage de rêve.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen zu Besuch in der Villa Scialari in Castellamare del Golfo. Die Ankunft konnte sehr flexibel gestaltet werden und trotz verfrühter Anreise war Alessandro nach Absprache pünktlich an Ort und Stelle. Der Kontakt übers Handy verlief tadellos, selbst als in der Gegend 2 mal der Strom ausfiel hat er sofort alle nötigen Schritte eingeleitet. Insgesamt kann ich sagen, dass wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden waren, die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und wird jeden Morgen bei Aufenthalt extern gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben und so ziemlich alles funktionierte. Außerdem bietet das Gelände im Eingangsbereich massig Platz für 3 Mietwägen. Ich kann desweiteren den Kontakt mit Alessandro nur nochmals hervorheben und würde jederzeit wieder eine Villa bei ihm buchen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal für alles!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la.superbe villa de Nunzio. la maison était très propre et très bien équipée . Les couchages sont impeccables. Nous avons apprécié les petites courses qui ont palié notre arrivée tardive. Francesco nous a accueilli avec sympathie et les explications étaient très claires. La vue sur la terrasse est superbe notamment au lever du soleil. Et nous avons même pu nous baigné tous les jours malgré que nous soyons fin octobre. il y a dans les environs des restaurants traditionnels, où nous nous sommes régalés ( La casetta notamment). De la villa nous avons rayonné de Marsala à Castellamare del golfo, soit au maximum 40min.

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien in Luigis toll gelegenem Haus verbracht. Im Handumdrehen ist man am Meer, der Zingaro-Park lädt zum Wandern, und das Dorf Scopello ist perfekt für einen Drink oder ein Gelato. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Dank den klaren Informationen hat beim Self-Check-in alles gut geklappt. Und der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist einmalig! Gerne wieder!

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

I stayed here with 6 others for a friends birthday. The villa is so beautiful and was spotless. Simona and her son was so helpful, rung us when we got there to explain check in, let us check in early and also sent someone out late that night to look at a problem we had. They helped with recommendations and looked to get us a chef after requesting suggestions. The stay was soo worth the money and I would 100% recommend staying here!

We traveled with our 3 very young kids (ages 3, 2, and 3 months) and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. And the surroundings were BEAUTIFUL. The house was the perfect distance from the Alcamo town, and ideally located for all of our day trips. Thank you!!

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa mit großzügigen Räumen mitten in der prachtvollen Natur Siziliens (Auto notwendig), Terrassen und Pool mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Wer gerne mit Freunden und Familie Zeit genießen will, hat hier seinen Platz gefunden. Die saubere, liebevoll gepflegte Villa mit dem wunderschönen Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der nahegelegene Naturstrand bietet ein privates Erleben der Küstenlandschaft. Der Vermieter ist besonders entgegenkommend. Er löst jedes Problem sofort und hilft dir mit seiner Begeisterung für seine Heimat und sein Elternhaus und seinen Tipps zu dieser Region, in der er selbst aufgewachsen ist zu besonderen Erlebnissen abseits der Tourismusrouten. Auch unser kleines Chaos bei der Anreise durch den verspäteten Flug hat er mit großem persönlichen Entgegenkommen ausgeglichen und hat uns noch spät Nachts geholfen in seiner Villa anzukommen. Danke an Roberto für deine täglichen Tipps und deine Hilfsbereitschaft zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit!

Our stay at Casa Saleiman was amazing. The views are simply breathtaking and the home is beautifully finished with every detail immaculately thought through. The only thing I would say is that there were 4 of us staying and I would say that if there was any more of us it would’ve been very cramped. One of the bedrooms is above the lounge with only a curtain for privacy which meant we didn’t use the lounge space once the people in that room had gone to bed as we felt we’d be keeping them awake.

L'esperienza in questa villa è stata semplicemente ottima da tutti i punti di vista. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di vivere un'esperienza fuori da tempo, un tuffo nel passato in una cornice così incantevole e curata, piena di storia e, si vede, di ricordi di famiglia. La quiete, i tanti angoli in cui rilassarsi, i tramonti sullo stagnone, le piante curate del giardino, tutto ha contribuito a rendere magica questa vacanza familiare. Ho inoltre festeggiato nel giardino della villa il mio matrimonio, molto ristretto 25 persone, e la signora Vivi è stata sempre presente e disponibile, consentendomi di addobbare il giardino e gestire con un catering di fiducia l'evento. Tutta la mia famiglia sogna di tornare presto. Grazie di tutto!

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect location close to a local town but nice and peaceful overlooking the sea and the mountains. It was so well equipped. Pino thought of everything from beach towels to pool toys to spices and oils etc. The Welcome Pack was so good and lasted most of our time in the villa. The villa was secure and private and had everything you could possibly need inside and out. Our only regret is that we did not stay for longer. Definitely next time!

Linda moradia cheia de personalidade com espaço interior e exterior incrível, até parece melhor na realidade do que nas fotos. Os arredores e as vistas são excelentes. A moradia também oferece privacidade. Divertimo-nos imenso e então com a piscina linda "infinita" com uma vista maravilhosa... O centro de Balestrate fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro e há muitos restaurantes e bares, se quiser comer fora. O espaço exterior da moradia é definitivamente ótimo para ficar em casa. Adorámos tudo! Obrigado uma vez mais!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach unvergesslich! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir gemerkt, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt: Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns sogar mit selbstgemachter Pizza aus ihrem eigenen Pizzaofen überrascht! Ein echtes Highlight! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit haben jedeoch unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt. Auch bei der Organisation haben sie uns super unterstützt und uns ganz unkompliziert zur Autovermietung gefahren – ein Service, den man wirklich nicht überall findet. Die Villa selbst war ein absoluter Traum: wunderschön eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Der Pool war einfach perfekt – glasklar und genau der richtige Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Liebe die Gastgeber in Haus und Garten stecken. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

une jolie maison sicilienne pleine de charme avec un très beau jardin et une belle vue sur les oliviers, la montagne et la mer. la maison est à proximité de la réserve de Zingaro et de Segestra. Lucietta a été très disponible et flexible. nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit que nous recommandons.

Данная поездка состоялась всего на 1 ночь в Палермо, я и другие гости хозяина Danilo, даже не ожидали что можно получить столько эмоций и впечатлений от пребывания на его вилле. Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Giacoma & Carlo were both helpful and communicative. We were welcomed in person and were pleased with the basketful of essentials that had been left for us. We were all sad to have to leave after an all-too-short week at their lovely villa!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

Andrea and his parents were very friendly and helpful. Andrea was always available and provided very quick responses to our questions which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Andrea’s property and a car is required. It’s very easy to drive around the neighbourhood with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The Capaci train station is close by to get into Palermo and beyond.
