Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here, you will be greeted by a cosy manor house from 1929, measuring a full 325 m², divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000-square-metre plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of space for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a wonderful week together. Newly built villa, private, by a lake

Relax in this peaceful accommodation and enjoy lake views and nature. Here, you will live in a brand-new, single-storey villa with large window sections and huge sliding doors facing the lake. The house has a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen with a fantastic view. The house has a terrace of about 75 m², part of which is a cozy covered patio. There are canoes, and you can swim from the property. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away.

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from the jetty 30 meters away that you share with the landlords who live in the big house a little further up. Take a ride on the lake or a walk in the woods outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Uppsala city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Cottage on a charming old farm

The cottage is located on a charming small farm with sheep surrounded by fields. It is a well-planned cottage with an open layout. There are two beds in a bunk bed and two beds in a sturdy sofa bed. Firing in the fireplace offers a nice atmosphere. The kitchen area is well equipped with utensils such as stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a patio with outdoor furniture. Parking near the cottage. Cleaning is included in the price.

Small cozy guesthouse near lake.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.
