Go exploring in WWII bunkers at the abandoned Nes fort, or check out petroglyphs within walking distance from the cabin. Nice little beaches, and the possibility of swimming, free diving and paddling (if you have your own kayak with you). Maybe you'll be inspired for a jog or bike ride too? 2 bedrooms with good double beds, 2 flat beds in the loft. Road all the way to the front. 1 hour 40 minutes drive to Svolvær in Lofoten.

The location is ideal, with proximity to Skarberget -Bognes and Kjøpsvik- Drag ferry connection, making it easy to explore the beautiful northern Norway. New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.
