Ca Xuacu, La Panera

Ca Xuacu is a set of four rural apartment in Asturias, one of them is "La Panera". We have a near beach (400 m away), private parking, internet access, garden of 4000m2 and Padel court. History of Ca Xuacu. In the end of XVIII century a country family establish in this land. They had some money saved from their years of work in Cuba and Latin America, with this money they built a very grand looking country house. It had stable in the first floor and people lived and met in the second floor, this structure show the great economy of this family in this times, they had a high status house. In the 1900, the new west wing was constructed. They built a new kitchen and new living room bigger than the old living room. Also in this time they construct a "panera" (typical Asturian construction), under it, they had a forge and later a stable for little animals (rabbits, chickens...) In 2000 Jose Luis, recognizing the value of this construction, starts the reconstruction to build the four apartments. All the process was made with hard work and keeping the original style of the construction. He works with stone and wood as first materials. Five years before he started, in 2005, the apartments was opened. Now, people that spend their vacations in Ca Xuacu are numerous, and all of them have share experiences with us. Casa Adón, an eco-friendly studio in a colonial house

Elegant studio apartment on the ground floor of a romantic Indian house. Fully equipped and perfect for two people. It has a futon sofa where a child can sleep. It is part of a complex managed by Casona la Sierra, a company with ecological principles that uses geothermal and solar energy. The house's property is a green meadow of one hectare of impeccably cared for extension. San Martín de Luiña is a quiet, charming and very well preserved town. Supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive away, and there are plenty of restaurants throughout the area. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, hiking, mountain biking and cycling on sensational routes. The surroundings are spectacular, highlighting the impressive cliffs of the Vidío lighthouse or the magnificent views from the Santa Ana hermitage. The Selgas Foundation Palace in Cudillero houses an important artistic heritage as well as 10 hectares of spectacular gardens.

Beautiful house in the center of the village of Oviñana, one of the villages with the best views of the Cantabrian Sea. This house is designed so that you and your family can enjoy a wonderful stay at any time of the year. On the first floor is the living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen, three double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is also a terrace-porch and barbecue.

Peñanora Palace, vacation space.

Peñanora is an Indian palace on the outskirts of Oviedo (5min). It is located in front of the Nora River. It has spaces that will allow you to be in full contact with nature, an area of firs and century-old magnolias, fruit trees and the covered barbecue area. It is a full rental house, therefore, ideal for family groups or friends, up to a maximum of eight people, pets are allowed. We have 4 double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and two other bedrooms with two single beds, a living room with a fireplace, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Covered porch with barbecue at the entrance of the house. Private enclosed property with vegetable hedge, barbecue and parking.

Jose de Tino's House, Oviñana

A completely restored, classic house from the early 20th century. The house is distributed over 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, toilet, porch and laundry room. The first floor is distributed in 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor (attic) is distributed in 1 bedroom, office area, and bathroom. The house has a large 2,000m2 garden, the porch is equipped with a grill and a wood-burning oven.
