Perfect location for visiting family and friends while visiting the area. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

The place was more charming than expected and John was a great host! There is a bit of road noise still audible through the windows, so beware if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, it was a really lovely stay and a good location for us to get everywhere we needed to be. Would be happy to stay again!

We had the best time at Harry and Elizabeth's place. Private, beautiful spot and the kids had an absolute blast with the paddleboat, Lucy the dog, and everything they've done to make the property so welcoming. Nicest hosts and they went above and beyond and helped us set up horseback riding. Can't recommend enough
