The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

Country house in the shipyard (Vila da Glória), with a cozy indoor and outdoor space, a river of crystal clear water in front of the house with kayak, oars and life jackets available, a waterfall with a private ecological trail, close to seafood restaurants and schooner rides in Babitonga Bay, markets, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, bakeries and fish shops, among others. Very safe location with private entrance and land, without contact with third parties.

Simple and cozy, located at Praia de Coroados, next to Barra do Saí. The house is at the end of the lot, leaving a vast lawn in front of it. It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.
