Monthly Rentals in Baloy Beach

Greatest place I have ever booked! What you see on the photos are what you get when you checked in - or probably a lot more better. The place feels like home, very peaceful, yet close to everyhting you might need. What made this trip so much better aside from the great stay is Mildy's list of recommendations which are a chef's kiss! Will definitely book again if there's a trip around Subic. Thank you, Mildy!

Had an excellent one week stay at Rose's studio apartment. Rose communicated very well and all my queries were answered immediately. I had a space on the ground floor, which I requested, and was warmly greeted and shown around by housekeeper ate Amihan. There were some ongoing building works but the builders kept the noise to a minimum and didn't start work til 9am anyway. The space itself is quite a large studio and has everything that one could need for short stay, long stay or any duration. The internal kitchen area is very well equipped should you chose to dine in but there are plenty of resto bars within 10 a min walk. There is also an outside gas hob in the large back yard where the laundry area can be found. The space is bright and airy with windows to the front and rear and was kept nice and cool by a quietly efficient air con unit. The condo is set in a quiet residential area and is in secure lockable compound. Terrific stay, will stay again but for longer next time!!

Highly recommended! The caretaker is so friendly. Everything that you need is in the house. The view was amazing.
