Monthly Rentals in Bandar Bayan Baru

Location is good, but there were many mosquitoes. Need to bring mosquito spray😅

I recently stayed at this homestay and had an excellent experience. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. I especially appreciated the local tips and warm hospitality — it truly gave us a taste of the local culture. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close enough to nearby attractions and eateries. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay. Will definitely return in the future!

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was responsive and friendly, which we appreciated. The only downside was that a broken door handle in the kitchen we reported during our stay wasn’t fixed, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it didn’t detract too much from our experience. We’d still recommend this place for its charm and great location, and hope to see minor issues addressed in the future."
