Peaceful Hill Country Getaway

**PLEASE READ ALL PROPERTY DETAILS FULLY** NOTICE: Currently, Medina Lake is closed due to severely low water levels, and water access is not permitted at this time. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. This home is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The property is not isolated but it is in a rural location and it makes for the perfect vacation remedy for those seeking peace, quiet, and an opportunity to get away from busy city life.

Happy Our River House

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.
