Loay’s place was well worth every cent. A spacious apartment in a great location for a reasonable price. Loay was a wonderful host, very responsive and flexible. We found everything we needed for our stay including a coffee machine which saved us getting coffees every day. Check in and check out was very easy as well. I do recommend this apartment to people staying in Muscat.

Made a last minute reservation since my flights changed and Ahmed was very accommodating. Was the perfect space to rest and unwind before a long international flight.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Yacoub was a great host—very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future.

Where do I even begin? After 9 days of traveling through Oman, we were really longing for a peaceful place to unwind. We had seen beautiful photos of Salim’s villa on Airbnb, but honestly…the pictures don’t even come close to capturing how special this place is. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, take this as your sign to go for it. The villa is absolutely stunning! Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy. There’s a large swimming pool, a hot tub, and the entire place feels like a peaceful retreat. Every morning, we were kindly greeted by Anees, the concierge who lives next door. He truly goes above and beyond from the heart to make sure you have everything you need. As a welcome gift, Salim treated us to a traditional Omani breakfast,such a thoughtful gesture. Salim also checked in before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, I could write a whole book about how amazing our stay was. Thank you 🌹
