Nera Etwa House is a charming 100-year-old stone 3 bedroom house, a HEATED infinity saltwater swimming pool+ jacuzzi on the southern Croatian coast. An 8 min drive from the beach and over an hour from Dubrovnik, it's a perfect base for exploring southern Croatia, the Pelješac Peninsula, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik. The house offers complete privacy and seclusion, boasting beautiful views of ancient olive trees, rolling hills, and mandarin fields.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće (100 m2) sa prekranim pogledom na jezero Birina, u blizini Baćinskih jezera, Ušća Neretve i Makarske rivijere. Smještaj sadrži dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa bračnim krevetima i jednu jednokrevetnu sobu. U sklopu apartmana je terasa sa kaminom, prostorom za blagovanje, te ležaljkama. Uz terasu je prostor uređen za djecu sa trampolinom i ljuljačkom. Gostima je omogućen pristup u jezero i po dogovoru vožnja brodom. Osiguran je parking u garži.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a spacious yard with 2 smaller and one large covered terrace with a fireplace, a dining area and an afternoon rest. Within 100 m there is a shop, butcher, fish shop, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, ATM, children's park, restaurant/cafe and private wineries.
