Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, bathroom and bedroom. The 55m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and have one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room, so it's suitable for 4 persons. Air conditioning, heating, SAT TV, wi-fi included. Free parking is available for our guests.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

PULA- House with Garden,near Roman Arena

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Uživajte na mirnoj, usamljenoj lokaciji 600 m od mora, masažnim bazenom i saunom. Kuća se sastoji od 3 spavaće sobe od kojih svaka ima svoju kupaonicu. Veliki otvoreni dnevni boravak i veliku kuhinju, gostima je na raspolaganju plinski roštilj te dvije terase na kojima se mogu relaksirati. Bazen je grijani.
