Ideally located to visit the South Finistère and Morbihan, the house is 15 minutes from the beaches, 15-30 minutes from many tourist places and 5 minutes from the village of Rédéné by car. The house dates from the 18th century and was completely renovated in 2017. It has a large terrace and wooded garden This is a non-smoking house, please respect it.

Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.
