The parking area is next to the house, from the car to the apartment there is a barrier-free access,our guests have a beautiful backyard with garden furniture, and in the summer months they can refresh themselves in a small pool, the terrace also includes a built fireplace

House area 32 m2 !!! + terrace surrounded by greenery and views of the Banská Bystrica Urpín hill. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette with living area, with the possibility of unfolding the sofa as an extra bed - for 2 people. Outdoor terrace with seating. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills of Štiavnica, the stone sea, romantic moments on the terrace for two, or relax in our bathtub. In summer, you can walk along forest paths, breathe fresh air and feel the smell of nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

Enjoy relaxation in your own heated pool from the beginning of May to the end of October ( temperature must be over 10°C) , or use the shared large pool on the farm until end of September.
