A beautiful and cozy home with a spacious yard—my family absolutely loved staying there. The facilities and equipment were complete, including a grill and charcoal. The host was super responsive, which made everything even better. There's an AC in the main living area, and the beach is just 5 minutes away. If you're looking for a coral-free beach, it's about a 10-minute drive. Can’t wait to stay there again!

The place is comfortable for Families with complete facilities and affordable prices. The service is also very friendly. highly recommended for those who need lodging for a large number of people.

Great place, clean and affordable

The place was gorgeous. I loved the modern tropical interior style and the big windows in the apartment they gave us both urban and Bali vibes at the same time. The location is also close to AEON Mall, which made it easier for us to get local and affordable food. Overall, I loved this place and will definitely come back the next time I visit Tangerang.

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. I rented Kevin's AirBnB for my partner and in-laws (total 3 pax) travelling from overseas. Kevin's place is great value for money - bedrooms, living space and amenities were spot on. I honestly would have 5-starred every single component of the AirBnB criteria. However, due to no fault of Kevin's, the previous guest (just before us) checked out extremely late (beyond the supposed 12pm), resulting in the Cleaner having to do an extremely rushed clean to prepare the place for us. We had to wait till 4pm+ (check-in time was 3pm). In the midst of this inconvenience, we have to commend Kevin for his 5-star response to the entire situation - he was very contactable throughout the whole ordeal, patiently hearing us out, offering additional cleaning, and self-initiated some compensation. All in all, will totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in Tangerang, and close enough to travel to Jakarta.

Awesome apartment with magnificent views over Golf Island, PIK2 and Pulau Onrust (can recommend a day trip there too!). Place was clean and spacious, had fast wifi and Netflix. Enormous swimming pool downstairs. Really enjoyed staying here. Good location close to the airport and/or for visiting North Jakarta
