Characterful apartment of 60 m2 facing the sea, with veranda, magnificent view!!! My apartment is in Old Banyuls: Cap d 'Oune. It's a really charming area, with its beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road! And it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.

Located by the sea, walk 50 meters and you're in the water! It is close to the city center as well as all restaurants and bars. The studio is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible to have a good vacation. Parking nearby, the studio is also a 5-10 min walk from the train station!
