Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Barano d'Ischia

Everything was perfect! The apartment is located in a neighborhood close to the port and Spanish neighborhoods. Great departure to visit the city of Naples. Accessible by bus from the airport an 8-minute walk. Francesco welcomed us and gave us a tour of the apartment. He also reassured me about the safety of the neighborhood and the city in general. There are a few steps to walk up to the entrance. So not necessarily suitable for a person with disabilities. Only small downsides: originally located in an apartment that was divided into 3 with a common entrance, it can be noisy if the other hosts who come in are not respectful and speak loudly in the hallway (everything was ok for us). On the other hand, no road noise. Our apartment was in a very quiet courtyard. There could be a small shelf in the bathroom to put the toiletries down. Grazie mille Francesco! 1st, Ischia! It’s amazing. Davide communicated very well and is very friendly and helpful. The rental was so cute and in a perfect location. Right on the beach, next to good food, and a short walk into town or to the Castello.

The housing experience was excellent, the hosts were very warm and friendly and helpful, but the only thing was that the wifi coverage wasn't particularly extensive, the rest was just perfect!

Luigi was not in town when we stayed so his daughter was just as friendly and responsive. Our stay was exactly as described. The place was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect for walking to metro, shops, sights, restaurants and the port, where we took the ferry to Ischia. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Could not ask for a more beautiful place to stay in Napoli! The private terrace with a panoramic view of the city as well the Gulf of Naples and Capri was stunning. Very comfortable and safe space to come back to after a long day! Mario was very welcoming, was waiting outside so we easily found the place, and had lots of local suggestions.

The perfect spot to take in the tranquility of Capri. Well worth the walk.

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

This has been an amazing place to stay . I shall be recommending it to everyone. Giovani communicated and helped in every way possible and very quickly .Cannot fault him or the apartment .

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. This vacation rental has been one of our best holiday experiences. The cottage is on the quiet side of the island, with an expansive terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the kitchenette is compact, it is well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The host was a delight, very responsive, and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this cottage again without any hesitation. I can't wait to return!

We had an idyllic stay on the island of Ischia and Chiara and Simone's place contributed a lot! The house is very nice. The terrace is amazing and we really enjoyed the sunsets facing the sea. This view is magical. Great for unplugging! The photos are all accurate. The private access to the beach allowed us to take a morning sea bath as soon as we woke up. A real luxury! Chiara was very good advice, very responsive, and guided us very well throughout our stay. You feel like a host who welcomes guests with pleasure. We can only recommend this place for a stay in Ischia.

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Great condo in the heart of Napoli. Amazing views of the city from multiple directions on the balcony. A very bustling part of the city but feels very private up on the 6th floor. Easy checkin / checkout and great communication from the host. Would stay again.

Our experience at Anna‘s place was absolutely perfect. The apartment was flawless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (Wifi, Kitchen, Washing Machine, Hairdryer etc.) The location is ideal, right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of many key attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. Anna was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic recommendations. Communication was super quick and easy. Anna also arranged us a taxi for our way back to the airport and always had an open ear for extra-wishes. If you're looking for the perfect base to explore the Gulf of Naples, this is it! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city or the area. Thank you, Anna, for making our stay so memorable!

A spacious, pleasant and clean accommodation that is in a very quiet building. However, located in a busy and lively area of Naples, you can expect to hear the street noise despite the double-glazed window. The proximity to the metro and a bus stop to the airport are appreciated, as well as a small food supermarket. Our host always responded quickly and was attentive to our requests. This made our arrival easy and the stay enjoyable.

Marco's place is bigger and better than the photos suggest. A mix of old rustic and modern touches like the bathroom, made it a great place to stay. The drive and garden areas are beautiful, as is the view of Caserta and the mountains beyond. Marco and his mother, who lives on site, were great from start to finish and the language problem with 'mama' made it even more personal! The welcome basket was great and kept us in breakfast as snacks for our entire stay! Remember, this is not in Naples and you need a car. The area has a couple of places to eat, but that's it. It's easy to get to the big attractions and you never need to hit the centre traffic. The only downside, and this is not Marco's fault, is the neighbour's dog. It barks. A lot! Other than that, if you're prepared to drive like an Italian, much like playing Mario Cart, and want to get away from city chaos, with loads of space to call your temporary home....this is the place.
