The large living area integrates the kitchen and the relaxation area with a large sofa, fireplace, 50-inch TV, full kitchen and table. The apartment is complete with a private bathroom with shower and a garden for exclusive use with sofas and a table for eating outside.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
