It's only 40 minutes from Bologna and just over an hour from Florence. Heating with a pellet stove must be managed by the guests. The private garden features a lovely bathtub.

The house is connected to the main road, via a road of about 700 meters semi-asphalted and is located about 2 km from the center of the village of Monghidoro, halfway between Bologna and Florence.
