Charming Pyrenean cottage

Our cottage is a fully renovated former bread oven. Ardiège, our village, is 10 minutes from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. We are located at the foot of the Pyrenean Piedmont, 30 minutes from Luchon. Our garden is not overlooked and very quiet. We will gladly share our above-ground pool, which is only open from June... We have a very sociable female dog (she is a shepherd), and laying hens whose eggs you can taste! Warning: cleaning to be done on departure :)

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a private garden, very comfortable and full of charm for a great mountain vacation close to the ski resorts, the Spanish border and the most beautiful hikes in the Pyrenean mountains.

This family home is close to transportation (bus and train in June 2025!) It is part of a building composed of 3 apartments. As well as shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy...) everything is within walking distance! A shared garden is available for playing pétanque or barbecue. Parking for a private vehicle. The place is fully equipped to accommodate 4/6 people. Free condiments, coffee, tea, etc. Linens and towels are included.

Un 2ème lit double 140cm est disponible accolé à la pièce à vivre. Nos équipements : Une cuisine équipée, table, tv, et un baby foot… le tout avec une magnifique vue sur les Pyrénées. Une table de pique nique est à votre disposition à l’extérieur lorsque le temps s’y prête.

It is ideally placed for hiking, cycling and skiing in winter (the nearest station "Le Mourtis" is 28 km away). It is located on the roads to Santiago de Compostela. You can have fun by going to the Casino de Barbazan.
