The "Crooked Cottage" on Abruzzo hills

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The garden lights are scheduled to be turned off by 11:00 p.m., and unscheduled parties are not allowed.

A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
