Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a cost of €500 per lock change and copies of keys. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go to the street if you need to. 🌍 Saving Energy We ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid waste of energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can offer extra cleaning or bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a rate of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) and night, up to 7 nights, mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from as 15hs. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
