absolutely as described paulo was super responsive and very helpful as our luggage hadn’t been delivered and he spoke directly to the transport company don’t do what we did tho and type the street name into google maps as there are 2 streets with the same name. use the link from the airbnb description

Great location, good sized living and sleeping areas, all we needed for a great stay.

The apartment with beautiful roof terrace is really close to the beach. It is excellently equipped and offers plenty of space. The communication with Caroline is pleasant, she responds very quickly. A car is necessary for shopping and good restaurants. We felt very comfortable.

The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

A little piece of heaven by the sea—thank you, Luis! Staying at Luis’s apartment in Fão was an unforgettable experience. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the sound of the ocean and a breathtaking view. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-designed for comfort. Luis made us feel like we were welcomed by a friend. He waited for us, helped with our bags, and assisted with personal matters. Throughout our stay, he offered local tips and responded quickly to our messages. One touching moment was when we asked for a late checkout to cook lunch. Luis encouraged us to take our time and enjoy our last meal. This simple gesture made us feel so cared for. Luis isn’t just a Superhost—he’s a genuinely kind person with a passion for the sea and creating beautiful moments. This place, with its stunning views and peaceful surroundings, felt like a hidden gem. We left with full hearts and deep gratitude. We can’t wait to come back.

Quiet and nice area. The apartment is clean and comfortable, very close to the beach and has an area to park next door at no cost. In the village it eats great, Jose Carlos recommended several places we tried and went out very happy.

The place is truly a dream. The whole house is very well equipped, the kitchen lacks nothing and the beds are super comfortable. We had a great stay and were very grateful for the great communication with the owners. The area is really nice and the beach is not only super close, but also very very nice. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect and with all the amenities explained in the listing. Isabelle has always been responsive to any need. Their lovely and close parents, they made us feel very comfortable.

Luciano’s place was perfect for our family while we spent a few days visiting family. We have younger kids and it was nice to be so close to plenty of public green space to be able to run and play.

We were very well received. José is attentive and responds very quickly. The place was clean and spacious for 11 people 🙂

We were there for the second time now and we enjoyed the time very much. The place is beautiful and everything is very clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful terrace that we unfortunately could not use due to the bad weather.

I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is beyond amazing. The view is unbelievable and the whole apartment is gorgeous. They have everything you can think of and more. Paula met us and was helpful and sweet. I recommend paying for the private parking spot in the garage. It was very convenient. Can’t wait to return!

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

I was located in Viana do Castelo from 11 to 16 April. The location of the apartment is perfect: 3 minutes walking from the train station and the bus station, but without the excitement and noise that usually characterize the proximity of these services. It is also close to the city center, ensuring access to museums, other cultural sites, shops and restaurants, without the need to use the car. Rua de São Tiago is very quiet. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, those who are light sleepers should not be afraid: no noise is heard since the room is collected, far from the street. Also, the entire building is quiet. The apartment was pristine clean and tidy; it is bright and well equipped. As for the hostess, Maria da Glória was always very friendly and available. When I return to Viana, I will repeat it. I recommend it!

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!
