Very spacious and very clean accommodation. We had a pleasant stay at Jorge's place. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding. Simple and very neat decor, outside with a large terrace with panoramic views for meals. The most of my stay with my daughters was the communication with Jorge's mom who leaves us a great stay. Very nice lady who is very discreet with whom I chatted a lot and even took a walk in the corners. I would recommend this place to people who love nature, animals, and calm. Thank you again to Jorge's mom....

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and with everything you need for 10 people. Spacious garden and quiet area. Mrs. Olga who received us is very kind and willing to help with what we need and Mr. Manuel was quick to respond. Thank you so much.

If you are looking for a place with all the charm of Portugal, I highly recommend this very pleasant place, indeed as described in some reviews a nearby road with a lot of traffic but frankly it's okay and then a road unfortunately cannot be moved. The environment is really quiet, pleasant and above all close to amenities and a great water point. The house is even better than the pictures. The welcome from the parents of really charming and welcoming people, the exchange with the impeccable host, always responsive. I really validate this place, it's a well-deserved 5 stars.

Sergio did everything to make this an amazing holiday. The villa is even better than it looks on the photos with a fabulous setting and a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Everything was spotlessly clean and anything you might need for a great holiday was already supplied at the villa. We loved the welcome pack of local produce and drinks and the helpful tips on days out and things to see. All our family had a wonderful week. Thank you.

Very clean, spacious house, with the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. Large rooms where everyone can be independent. Welcome basket much appreciated. Warm and friendly welcome. Quiet environment and very well-appointed outdoors. Positive points: large rooms, very clean and quiet. Great stay in Povoa de Varzim. Our host Nicky was very responsive and friendly for all our questions during the stay. The location requires a car to get there, but the drive to the center of Povoa takes only 10 minutes. The accommodation is very good for groups up to 8, is bright and stays cool in summer.

Maria’s 5-bed villa in is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the love and attention to detail she’s poured into every corner. The villa is immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern comforts throughout. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and relaxing. The views are simply breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It’s clear Maria cares deeply about creating a warm, welcoming space, and it shows. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the lovely pool and bbq. But I’m defo coming back to this very place. Obrigado Maria.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Portugal was absolutely perfect. After traveling such a long way for my sister’s wedding, it was the peaceful and welcoming space our family truly needed. The home felt like a second home—every small detail was so thoughtful and intentional. We loved that there was plenty of space for everyone to be close, while still being able to find quiet moments alone. The upstairs outdoor room was a favorite spot, and having fresh oranges from the tree every day made it feel magical. We even had a cookout during our stay, which made for such special memories. The host was phenomenal—she had fresh bread delivered daily and stocked the home with so many amenities that we didn’t need to run out for a thing. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Overall, she was absolutely wonderful to my family and me, and we are so glad we chose this home. It made an already special trip even more unforgettable.

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in Ralf's place. It's a wonderful house in a unique setting!! We had the bad luck that during all our days it rained a lot but thanks to the comforts of the house we were able to spend it fantastically and enjoy each space. But the best part was certainly not the house, nor was the environment Ana and Ralf who were aware of us at all times. Thank you for that💖💖

Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful gardens, pool and house. Marcus is a very good host, and looked after us so well - bringing us little gifts like fresh orange juice just made the experience so much better. One of our children really wanted to keep a huge lemon he’d found in the garden but we told him he would have to ask. Instead of just saying no, or yes, Marcus said “sure, but why don’t we make some lemonade together!”. Just so thoughtful and kind. The house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of attention to detail. Pool is very large and everything is perfectly clean. Marcus and Rick really did go out of their way to ensure our stay was successful without ever being intrusive, so please don’t hesitate to book!

Daniel and Katrina are already good friends. They are good people, easy to communicate and very helpful. They were impeccable in welcoming my family into their home. I highly recommend them!

fantastic accommodation. furnished with a lot of love and 2 families with children under 5 years old could find everything that was needed. The offer in the separate barbecue house leaves nothing to be desired. Antonio was proactive and helpful and very tolerant. We will certainly see you again. We will be back.

What a fabulous place!!! Casa do Monte exceeded all our expectations and provided a relaxing and luxurious base near Barcelos for our 3 families holiday. The host was so helpful, friendly and flexible with check in times. The house is magnificent with a huge garden for the kids to explore and the swimming pool provided plenty of entertainment and the opportunity to cool down on the hot days!! The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay and the veranda boasts a magnificent view to eat your meals in front of, watch the sunsets and see the fireworks from nearby festivals. We feel very lucky to have had our holiday here and would love to return one day!!

Typical house and very pleasant to live in. The setting is beautiful with open views over the vineyards. All the comforts you need to have a good quiet stay. It is great location for touring the area by car. Joana is an available and friendly host! We'll be happy to go back!
