Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and big groups. Close to the sea and 10 minutes from the city in an ancient 19th century villa. The WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! Located 100 meters from the sea, at the top of a short climb of fifty steps that ensures tranquility, it is an old fisherman's house built in the nineteenth century and recently renovated. Within walking distance, you can take advantage of the ice cream shops, restaurants as well as the beaches and the Barcola promenade. Bus stop under the house with the possibility of free parking along Viale Miramare.
