Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes you are by metro in Stuttgart at the Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei.
