El condominio ha avanzado mucho en la rehabilitación después de Otis y actualmente la mayoría de las instalaciones se encuentran en funcionamiento. Es de los condominios con menor densidad de construcción por lo que se disfruta de una gran privacidad difícil de encontrar en la zona aún en temporada alta.
