Monthly Rentals in Barranco Real de Telde

The impeccable house, there is no lack of detail, a spacious, comfortable and very well-located 10/10 apartment. I felt right at home, the area is very quiet. I would definitely go back. ❤️

Fortunately, the accommodation is not located in a tourist place and you get to know the Spanish side of the island. Only 100 meters away is a small supermarket with an excellent butcher's shop, which you don't expect. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the view of the sea, which dispels all worries and doubts. There are souvenirs everywhere in the apartment, which were obviously collected with Hertz and passion. The amenities are above average, so you can take care of yourself there during the holiday. We felt very comfortable in this accommodation and we are grateful that the landlords shared it with us.

We were at Sebastian’s place for a whole month and we loved it! The apartment was even better and bigger than it seems from the pictures. We particularly loved the terrace upstairs with charcoal grill. Wifi is good enough to work remotely without any disruptions, there were enough clean towels, sheets, linen … provided by Sebastian, and the apartment has a washing machine. Kitchen is big, with all the amenities you need (including the caffetiera/moka pot for coffee!). And finally, I cannot say enough good things about Sebastian. He is always very responsive, and extremely helpful and kind (some examples: left some toys and Spanish books for our baby in the apartment to play with; made sure any issues with washing machine and oven were resolved ASAP; went and bought extra kitchen supplies we asked for; always provided good advice on local restaurants and places to visit …). Also recommended for surfing holiday - a good surf can be found 5 mins away :)

This was a lovely appartment, clean, well appointed and all like new. It's positioned well for the beach and lovely walks. Restraunants are just outside overlooking the beach. you couldn't wish for a better host.
