Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. Unser Preis ist inklusive aller Tourismus-Steuern, sodass du keine zusätzlichen Kosten hast.

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (schräge Decken) eines Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Autobahn A1 und A24. Auch die U-Bahn Station "Steinfurther Allee" ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (10-12min. zur Fuß, bitte vorher die "Leitfaden zur Ankunft" im Inserat genau lesen), dann noch 17min mit der "U2" zum Hamburger Hbf. Privates, abschließbares Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.

Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist teil eines Reihenhauses. Sie befindet sich in der 2 Etage mit großer Terrasse und Aussicht auf unseren Garten. In den anderen 2 Etagen ( EG + 1. OG) wohnen wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und einen kleinen Hund. Die Wohnung ist dennoch getrennt bis auf den Durchgang und die Treppe nach oben.
