Monthly Rentals in Barters Island

This place is amazing. The water view is great and large windows allow you to enjoy the view on a cold winter day. Kitchen is upgraded and very nice. Plenty of space for 8 people. The heater was a little noisy but the house was warm and comfortable. Great location near Boothbay Botanical Gardens.

Wonderful location! The town is like a postcard with friendly people and everything walkable, and Sumner’s little hideaway is a perfect HQ. The host is exceedingly gracious and responsive, and the unit has some great quirks and surprises. (You’ll have to book it to discover them!) Wouls definitely stay here again and we’re already thinking about our next visit. Easily a five star experience.

Out stay here was unbelievable! We could not be more happy with out accommodation of the ease of the experience. Marcia was a wonderful host. She made check-in easy and quick, and was very responsive. The welcoming packet was clear, concise, and outlined expectations. She also provided plenty of local restaurant menus in the local area, and a plethora of local attractions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable and functional, allowing for plenty of storage and amenities for cooking. The neighborhood, while walkable, was very quiet and cozy. This was perfect for out quiet getaway. We will definitely be booking here again!
