It is located on the 1st floor without elevator access of a residence, has a bedroom and a large living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the toilet is separate. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tub and washing machine.

Be careful the stairs are a little steep. Great for a couple or work on the go . The second bed is a futon mattress (sofa style during the day).
