The loft is almost continuously sunny. The trade fair, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, market and supermarkets are nearby. Both train stations are directly on our bus line. The airport is 30 minutes or 10 minutes away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The interaction in the house is pleasant and cordial. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a premium mattress.

The rental includes the main room, an adjoining bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses placed on tatami mats. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

La Borbiatte, beautiful chalet in the heart of the Jura

In the heart of the canton of Jura, in Switzerland, the hamlet of Séprais stands there, in a green setting, in the countryside. At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
