Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Basilicata

We had a lovely stay, Stefan is very available and gave us plenty of information about the city and things to do. The apartment is nickel, large, with a terrace overlooking the whole city. The only small problem is that we didn't have the A/C remote so we had to open the window in the evening to ventilate, which made us get eaten by the mosquitoes 🦟 But overall very satisfied!

Everything is perfect and as shown in the photos and description. Terrazza Appia is a recently renovated, quiet, clean and complete with all services. Carlo is a kind and always available host, ready to meet every need and provide advice in the area. Great experience! If you are looking for a place in Potenza, I highly recommend it.

The stay was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. What perhaps makes the difference is the perfect location for visiting Matera, a 5-minute walk from the Sassi. Really ideal! Adriana was very kind and very nice, we feel like thanking her for the great experience!

we were guests only two days, but we were very welcomed by the host. right next to the apartment there is a very nice park, across the street a sensational restaurant (Napoli bar) and it is very close to the old town. great place

Giovanni was a very attentive and gracious host. The location was amazing and we always found a spot to park which is a nice bonus! Close to amazing local treasures and beaches. Walking distance to many new and upcoming local shops restaurants. Also a great home base to the amazing, incredible spots that Puglia has to offer. Learn your roundabouts and you will have the greatest time! This was an unforgettable trip for us and we will not forget the connections we have made along the way.

clean and tidy apartment! Good communication with the host. Location near the historic center and stopped the car on the street of the apartment for free.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

A place surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the pollen, a beautiful house for those who want relaxation and tranquility, about a half hour by car but a nice place to relax and regenerate, Enza was super welcoming and kind, upon arrival she made us find a delicious cake!!!! highly recommended!!!!

Highly recommended apartment. Maddalena was really professional friendly and very very hospitable. It is not obvious to find the host who occupied the parking spot with his car upon arrival to keep you the parking lot that prepared fresh fruit cocktails for you and put fresh figs on the table ready to eat. We were greeted with love and professionalism. We were shown all the services around us. The apartment is brand new, very well maintained and equipped with every comfort. We found fresh milk yogurt for breakfast and all kinds of cookies and croissants in the fridge. Maddalena gave us the fresh bread typical of Matera as well as a gift that represents the stones. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Barisano stone in the area there are restaurants and shops and it is very quiet. Our car was practically at your doorstep. We will take this experience with us and will definitely be back. We couldn't wish for more

It's a very nice place for two families with two bathrooms and well divided with a common area. Laundry can also be done for a fee in a transit area. Area is safe and close to center, building is not well sound insulated though but similar to most. Some amenities like coffee or garbage bags would have been appreciated. Overall a nice place I definitely recommend!

Cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need, the hosts even took us a parking space, knowing that we are traveling by car, it was very pleasant!) and in general were very friendly and welcoming.
