Access to the apartments is on a comfortable ground floor but the view from the balcony of apartment number 1 is on a high floor (magic of the Sassi of Matera!)

No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Macchiaroli Castle, Teggiano. L'Armoniosa

L'Armoniosa is located in one of the oldest areas of the castle, with a private entrance, divided into two levels of about 50 square meters, and will welcome you in a warm and refined environment. The concrete floor, the old ceiling beams, the antique furnishings, and the 'fratino' table make it an ideal place to enjoy relaxing moments that will take you back in time, with all the comforts of the present. Cliff on the Sassi

The apartment, located in the upper part of the Rioni Sassi, has a separate entrance with some steps and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, the masonry kitchen with majolica tiles, a laundry room with washing machine, a terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking view. From the house you can easily walk to the main historical and artistic attractions of the city.

Spread over two floors, consists of kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. It is possible to participate in yoga classes, basketry and gastronomic workshops. During the summer organic vegetables from the garden are available to guests. You can park for free a few meters from the house.
