Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Basingstoke and Deane District

We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

I spent 3 months here after recently moving to the area. the place was a perfect base and I felt right at home. The apartment was bright and airy, the sunroom was perfect for working from home and very peaceful surrounded by the trees. The kitchen was perfect with an induction hob and full size fridge freezer which was ideal for a longer stay. I particularly loved the huge bed. the views out into the garden made it extra special. Sonia was a great host who was on hand at all times for any queries. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I expected nothing less from Hazel! Cozy neat apartment with immediate supplies for your first morning. Fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite shower room made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend a visit.

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Huge space, duplex home across two floors with large bedrooms, lounge and superb kitchen. Value for money was excellent considering it’s in the heart of Old Portsmouth. Perfect location!

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

Communication was excellent, always helpful with tips and recommendations, home was immaculately clean , great location easy walking distance to the castle, parking was available on road great place to stay!

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

Anna was fantastically helpful even with my changing schedule, and the space was great, very comfortable and as described. I used the stovetop for cooking frequently, everything was good there.

This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Thank you for enabling another wonderful weekend in our favourite place! ☺️

This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Bright & clean apartment, brilliantly situated if your going on a cruise like we did. I'm also impressed Christina didn't leave a to do list before you leave, this was a nice touch, as I will always try to leave a place how I found it. Also there is a convenience store on the corner of the building, this proved super handy. I would definitely book again, especially if I'm going on a cruise 👍

A great apartment, with central location and close to New forest, coast, shops, pubs etc. Communication from Lara was outstanding, always replying very quickly. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Apartment was as described. It was clean and in very good condition. The location was excellent. Located in central city made it easy access. We were able to access restaurants and cook in the kitchen with no problem. We very much enjoyed the apartment and would look to reschedule should we be in the Winsor area again. Kate's communication was clear and timely. Parking worked well. I was concerned about parking near the tree prior to arriving, but it turned into being a non-issue. Thanks again to Kate and her hospitality.

Our stay at Tyler's was just what we wanted. The apartment is very well organized, equipped (washer & dryer!), and comfortable. The location was perfect for us - downtown yet quiet. M&S, pubs and restaurants are just around the corner, as are the Cathedral and visitor's center. Tyler was continuously gracious and responsive. Highly recommended to explore Salisbury.

I had a lovely stay at Neil's. Having a TV with Netflix was really nice as I got to continue watching Victoria whilst on holiday. I used the heater which was really helpful as it was a little cold on the couch. Everywhere was clean and was presented as is on Airbnb.
