The location is a little far from Izmit Center, but if you don't mind a house close to the station, you can also walk to the beach. In our opinion, it was a little old house. Almost all the doors were squeaky. Especially the bathroom door was very squeaky and the bed was the same. Still, if you're careful or don't mind making noise, it's not that big of a sound. Other than that everything was very nice. This is also a problem that can be solved. Overall, we were very satisfied, we had a great time. We plan to stay again. We are very satisfied🥰
