Guesthouse vacation rentals in Bass Coast Shire

A peaceful, quiet and relaxed stay over the long weekend. We had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and nearby Cowes was an added bonus. Well looked after property, good amenities and a very responsive host.

Recently stayed at Georgia's. A beautiful country escape not too far from the city with lovely views. Directions and check-in were very easy and her place had everything we needed for our short stay. Will definitely return at some stage Thank you 😊

A quiet and beautiful retreat, tucked away from the main road and pleasantly private. Daylight filtered through the open living and dining area, which was lovely to enjoy. A stones throw from Balnarrings local village and a great central point to all the wineries near by. Beth was lovely and very responsive and treated us with a little breakfast goodies, including the most delightful home made jam I have ever tasted! . The space was super clean and well equipped with all the necessities including toiletries, towels kitchen utensils etc. Would definitely book this stay again! thank you Beth

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Communication with Lynda was excellent—she was proactive and provided clear and easy instructions, making the check-in process a breeze. The property itself is spacious and located on a quiet farm, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It's also just a short 10-minute drive from the main strip in Cowes and very close to the Grand Prix track, which was a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be sure to stay here again in the future!

Dean & Melissa are great host. Their home was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with quality equipment, excellent back yard, comfortable couch, tv in every room and so dog friendly. We were really happy and plan to visit again!

Our second stay at Laura and Julian’s. We love this place and they are such graceful and thoughtful hosts - many nice touches at checking and proactively checking on all our needs. Getting to know the are we realise how perfect the location is - equidistant from Inverloch, Korumburra, Loch and so many lovely spots and only a lovely 20 min drive to the most beautiful unspoilt beaches and 5 mins to the wonderful Kongwak markets on Sundays. We’ll be back.

Marty was very nice and very responsive. We had a bit of an issue and he went out of the way to help us. The house was very neat homely . It had everything you needed. Highly recommended and we will be back

Beautiful property away from the usual Phillip Island, enjoyed the Peace and Country ambience.

Lovely spot on Philip Island! The place looks just like in photos and is a close drive to all the main attractions on Phillip Island. Felt very cozy and the host also gave us homemade shortbread.

A wonderful and relaxing few days in Balnarring. The accommodation was just like the photos and description, and it was a wonderfully peaceful location, close to amenities but tucked away. Have stayed here before, and would stay here again.

The Bungalow was just as described. Very peaceful and quiet, set in a beautiful garden and walking distance to the beach. Our dogs had a great time as did we.

A great stay in a beautiful location right on the water, only a few metres to the beach. The house was well setup and had a lovely deck to sit on looking out over the water. It was excellent value! Christine was super helpful in her interactions, and went out of her way to help return something we left behind.

A great stay was had at Doug’s. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Doug communicated very well and made every effort for my arrival and stay to be easy and comfortable. Thanks Doug.
