Emman was very friendly and accommodating. He replies promptly and is easy to talk to. The caretakers in the home were very helpful and they were always smiling, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The rooms were very clean and properly maintained, all the amenities were available and well thought of. We didn’t need to ask for anything else because all that we needed during our stay were readily available. The kids loved the pool, billiards and pingpong table. The jacuzzi’s temperature was perfect for our late night dip, even our parents and aunts stayed until late because of the warm temperature in the jacuzzi which gave us plenty of time for our family bonding. The only regret that we have is we only booked one night! It would be a delight to stay here for 2-3 nights next time. Thanks to Emman and your team!

Title: Wonderful Stay Close to Subic I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Subic, making it convenient for exploring the area. The place itself is quiet, clean, and very spacious, providing a perfect retreat. The host was incredibly responsive and made the booking process seamless. Additionally, the caretaker was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

The home is located in a great location with amazing views of the bay. It comfortably fit 12 of my family and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The pool was nice after a long day at the beach. Host was responsive and provided anything we asked. Would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was great overall, thanks to Robert and his brother Ronald, who were both very helpful. The house had solid WiFi, was clean, and it was nice to have water provided. It was equipped with everything we needed, like a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The only downside was the house's distance from the main road, but Ronald kindly met us there to help us out.

BEST AIR BNB EXPERIENCE! Place was super nice, location was near the market and easy to locate, host was super responsive and proactive. Enjoyed it here especially we celebrated our anniversary (they provide additional services so very perfect for celebrations)! We stayed for 2 months. The place is near to SM Bataan and the plaza. You can walk or ride a tricycle. A very good location if you want to visit Bataan. The place is equipped for cooking(kawali, utensils, etc) and entertainment (Netflix). Restroom with hot water. Room with AC. Furthermore, the place is accessible to all transportation. There are numerous modes of transportation, such as the terminal at SM (Bus, Jeep, Tricycle) and if you go back to Manila, Genesis and Bataan buses are available. The place is also quiet and walkable. There are tons of restaurants nearby. Park nearby where you can do a morning walk. In addition, Host Miss Juvy is very approachable and responsive. She helps us when we have trouble with the washing machine :) and Miss Juvy always gives us new bedsheets and towels. Thank you so much. This place is not just an airbnb or apartment, but a place that makes you feel at HOME.

It was an awesome place to stay in Subic. You can buy things you need just outside the gated compound, privacy is topmost plus the parking area is wide. Chic, clean and cold ac roomszl, worth the money. The caretaker, Bernie is very soft spoken(mabait) and the owner Carlo too. Thanks for hosting us.🙏

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The surroundings were quiet, and the house was clean. Easy to check-in, fast Wi-Fi, can watch Netflix. Cooking was possible, but it took some time—either due to the electric stove or the thick pot we used. There's a pool nearby, though access requires a fee. We enjoyed going for a run in the area (even saw a troop of monkeys) and there’s also a coffee shop nearby. However, we didn’t get the chance to check if the nearby restaurant was open. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away (All Hands Beach), which was convenient. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would definitely come back!

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

Amazing New Year’s getaway at Anvaya Cove. Hans is an extremely communicative and helpful host. The apartment has amazing views of the sea and comfortably accommodated our whole party. It is also very well equipped with a full kitchen, bedding and towels. Check-in and check-out was super smooth and Hans helpfully endorsed us to the Anvaya Beach Club which made using all the local facilities a simple and seamless experience. Would definitely recommend to others looking to experience the calmness and beauty or Anvaya Cove.

Ileana set the bar for how responsive a host should be. Very accommodating and reasonable. I will definitely book with her again. Her unit is very well kept and the location is perfect for people who want peace and quiet. I just wish Crown Peak building admin did a better job with their facade and hallways.

We've been to Anvaya cove several times. But it was our first time to stay at Dan's place. The best I like with Dan's place was having inclusion (depends on availability, so you need to contact him to reserve) of beach access. Communicating with Dan was a zero problem. We requested for a different kitchen appliance and it came without hassle or question asked. Rate: 10/10
