Vacation rentals with beach access in Bavaria

Very nice stay in Kressbronn. The apartment is on the 5th floor and extends over two floors, on the upper floor is a triple room and a sofa and downstairs is a large living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet (a total of two toilets) as well as two more bedrooms. The apartment is very nice and cozily furnished and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, including three different ways to make coffee and there is also a large pot, which is great for larger groups. Unfortunately, we could not use the roof terrace due to the winter, but it looks very nice. The apartment is close to the train station and on the outskirts of the village, therefore very quiet and also to the lake it is within walking distance. Overall a great stay, thanks!

Our stay at Familie Klausmann's apartment was perfect! Located for easy walking to supermarket, lake and village centre. Lovely walks to neighbouring villages, especially the beautiful village Stein am Rhein. Quiet, comfortable, warm and well-equipped. Holger was a great host, welcoming and friendly. We would recommend this apartment for a stay at Lake Constance.

We had a wonderful time at Silvia's apartment! Everything was great – the apartment is very clean, cozy and decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Silvia is incredibly nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was very nice and centrally located. The terrace is also great. The landlord was always available, thank you again for the gift basket. To Airbnb: 135 euros from the landlord is completely ok, but 192 euros from Airbnb is definitely too expensive. It is clear that there is a surcharge, but this surcharge is not comprehensible and also not justified. I will soon take a closer look to see if you can also rent the accommodation directly.

We weren't there for the first time - and not the last time. The view of Lake Constance is simply captivating. The interaction of the living and dining area with the terrace is unique and the personal contact with Peppa is the icing on the cake for a really nice holiday with a lot of distance from everyday life!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! I super recommend Doris’s home to anyone looking for a cozy stay by Lake Constance! Thank you so much, Danke Doris & Sarah. 🤩

We felt right at home! In the garage we were able to store our bikes well. In 15 minutes bike path you are in Friedrichshafen or Meersburg! But Immenstaad is also a place to feel good. Be sure to try Il Centro's pizza! We loved it! Accommodation is in a grown residential area with less than 10 minutes. Walk to the lake. Apartment is expediently furnished. The kids enjoyed the PlayStation. Spices and lots of basic foodstuffs are present. The mattresses are really very soft. An investment would certainly be worth it here! Uncomplicated and friendly contact with Michael! We will be happy to come back!

We (w, 50, and m, 54) stayed with Iris from 22.04. to 26.04.25. The place is very nicely decorated, everything very clean and tidy - we lacked nothing and we felt very comfortable. Even groceries for a first breakfast had been thought of. Our very nice hostess Iris was available at all times and also waited with lots of great tips. Overall a wonderful stay in a great environment! We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Great house in beautiful location. We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 11 yrs) the house had plenty of rooms and a spacious outdoors area. Kitchen was very well equipped,we had most meals at home. We found the area around Fussen Schwangau had poor mobile coverage and printed map and directions really helped.

We were at Edith's house for 11 days in September. The proximity to the lake, the house with the large garden, the beautiful terrace, the lavish amenities and our nice hostess made for a wonderful vacation. Thank you! We will be happy to come back! Dr. Karl-Heinz and Simone Schnaibel

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids (9 and 12) in the Easter holidays in the house by the lake and had a great time. The house is great, as described and the proximity to the relaxed swimming spot with beautiful sunsets make the location perfect. Christiana and Magnus are also extremely nice hosts. I'm sure we'll be back.

We loved everything about this place! Such a fantastic little town on a scenic lake. We swam one evening, dined at a local restaurant another evening, walked to the bakery one morning, utilized the hiking trails to see Lainbach Falls, and were within reasonable driving distance for day trips to Berchtesgaden and Neuschwanstein Castle, which is what brought us to the area. The condo itself was also perfect for our family of five. We utilized the kitchen to make some of our own meals, had coffee on the balcony every morning, and the space was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor. Communication with the host was great too! Not sure if I’ll ever be back in the area, but if I am, I’d stay here!

Small studio in the middle of the Randersackers vineyards. Everything as described and towels were also available, even if not listed in the ad. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of basic foodstuffs (oil, salt, pepper, etc.).

Dear Anke, Dear Chris, It was truly a dream come true. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable. You are great and the location and apartment are simply fantastic. Rarely have we been so nicely received. Also the communication was great. Thank you again and we would be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed it very much here. We felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is just as great as it looks in the pictures. A huge kitchen, great dining/ living area. Two large bedrooms and a very nice large garden. The underground parking is very comfortable and you can reach the apartment via two steps. If we ever come back to the area, we would always book this apartment again.

We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

We can only agree with Michael's review. We were in the apartment at the end of July and also had a lovely time. Nothing was missing. A high chair was provided for our daughter, we were able to use a bed rail guard and the outlets were also thought of – really very child and family friendly. Then there is also the great location, just a few meters to the lake with a nice playground. Antje and her family are very welcoming and we felt very comfortable there. If we had any questions, we could always contact Antje. If we happen to be at Lake Constance again, we will be happy to come back.
