Abrahams Bayr Cottage

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

On the huge terrace with a beautiful view, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can relax and forget the world. We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

Whether swimming in the lake, paddling on the Altmühl, fishing, hiking or cycling on the panoramic trail, everything is within walking distance. You can also simply spend the day reading, barbecuing or playing on the 25 sqm terrace. We have deliberately avoided a TV to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation together.

Have you ever wondered what it's like to live in an old half-timbered house? However, without having to do without the usual amenities! Then you are exactly right with us. With one step you are in the middle of the old town of Seligenstadt, a southern Hessian pearl not yet known to everyone. On two floors we offer space for up to six people, a large living / dining area, terrace and balcony and storage for your bicycles.

The house is surrounded by large old trees and can accommodate up to 9 people. 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed on the top floor and gallery with 2 single beds and sofa bed on the top floor, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, guest toilet, dining room, terrace with large garden.

Schliersee Seehäusl, apartment directly on the lake

The real lake house is directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore strip. I cannot accept reservations or requests with children under 12 years of age. The 55 sqm 2 room apartment is on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also available. The kitchen and dining room on the first floor are my private area.

In this glue- and metal-free wooden construction, we have made maximum use of minimal resources and a lot of flexibility possible. The Scandinavian interior design makes everything look light and free. You can bring nature into the interior everywhere and become part of it. Pure peace and quiet.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100 m to the lake

In the morning, walk to the lake in swimwear and swim a little, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2 minutes away. In the evening, stroll through the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way, it could look like this, a holiday in our apartment on Lake Constance.
