Great for a family reunion or the same. Great bedrooms with an excess number (5) of beautiful bathrooms. A very cozy large living or dining room with an excellently equipped kitchen, including the well-functioning pizza oven. Everything very clean. Very secluded but also quiet location. Outdoor area is ok. Communication and check-in absolutely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

We had a nice stay with Joachim and Magdalena. The area is an absolute dream and Lake Schliersee is also within walking distance. At first we had brief connection problems with the Wi-Fi, but that could be solved super quickly with the help of the hosts. All in all, we had a great week in the snowy mountains and can highly recommend the place.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a stay. The host is super nice and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

There were seven of us ( 4 adults, 3 children ) in the apartment and we especially enjoyed the cozy living room with the great corner bench and the large table. We were very warmly welcomed and it had everything we needed. At Easter we were surprised with a beautiful, natural material braided Easter nest and colorful eggs. The apartment is very nicely decorated and decorated. There are many toys, a play cellar and a playhouse in the garden for smaller children. We liked the area very much, you can make very nice excursions. We will be happy to come back sometime!

A great and exceptional place to stay! We felt very comfortable:) Unfortunately not so well suited for families with smaller children (second level is dangerous, little children's equipment). We still enjoyed it very much, thank you very much;)

Great location, really close to tourist attractions, surrounded by coffee shops, and shops. The place has standard amenities, warm and accessible. We had a memorable stay.

We stayed at Astrid and Michael's place over New Year's Eve and had a very nice time there. Above all, the sauna was a great offer over the winter. The two of them prepared everything and even provided drinks. There were also plenty of tips for the area and small things such as various local beers that were available in the apartment for consumption. We were very satisfied and highly recommend the accommodation.

We stayed here on our way to Italy. Close to the highway but very quiet area. Everything was provided for our stay with 2 babies. There were two baby beds and dining chairs ready. Both rooms are spacious enough to add baby cots. Parking was possible in the driveway under the carport. The apartment radiated peace and cleanliness. Very nicely renovated (quality materials), well-kept and super clean! Highly recommended! Thanks :-)

We had a super nice time - the AirBnb is really furnished with love and you will find everything you need in utensils (e.g. small set in the bathroom with practical little things such as toothbrush or tweezers, if you have forgotten something) Beautiful, quiet location, hiking trails, nature. I'd love to come back :)

Julian has described the accommodation very accurately and you get exactly that. There are four beds in a former waiting room of a railway apartment, to the toilet you walk over the former platform. It's just very special but that's what makes the appeal. And although it was only 5 degrees outside at night, I didn't freeze thanks to the good bedding. I would come back right away and actually wish Julian left it the same, because so it is something special

Friendly welcome, everything was explained to us in detail. Generous and just something else. Located in the middle of the forest, tranquility and relaxed hosts. The owners have already renewed a lot, we enjoyed it very much. Communication worked out very well and thank you for the small breakfast as an extra bonus (we were on foot on a hike). If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

The apartment was very nice. Nothing was missing. I was greeted personally by Annis the next day, which I found very nice. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and Annis is a very nice hostess. I can only recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Alice is a warm and attentive host. She was available for questions with information about the surroundings and the homeliness. We felt very welcome, whether in the beginning during communication or during the stay during nice conversations on the farm. The apartment was also great for the group of our friends but also very suitable for families. We would definitely come again if we meet in the area there. A great farm with lots of farm and some chickens and bees, so you can buy eggs and honey directly from the farm. A great weekend. Thank you Alice for that.

Great location at the foot of the Samerberg, ideal for numerous excursion options. Very nice and clean apartment, with complete kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries and Nespresso capsules. Secluded, private terrace . Always happy to come back....

The accommodation is very large and at the same time cozy. We had a very nice few days and a special thank you goes to Ms. Eule, who was available at all times. Although the villa is right on the street, you won't hear from it. Our favorite was definitely the sauna, which we used daily. The only downside is the location on the road, so you depend on the car. This can be detrimental, especially with a small child. But overall we are very pleased with our stay and look forward to next time. :)
