De Lachende Specht

Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors – you’re in for a lovely stay!

Kom tot rust in deze kleine, maar complete studio. Ook voor zakelijke overnachtingen is deze ruimte uitermate geschikt als u geen interactie wenst en graag zelf uw maaltijd bereidt. Er is snelle wifi aanwezig! Gelegen in een geliefde woonwijk met voorzieningen in winkelcentrum de Burcht op een loopafstand van vijfhonderd meter. Bushalte 300 meter, afstand tot het centrum is twee km. De ruimte is op de begane grond met openslaande deur en een kleine buitenplaats. Een fiets is beschikbaar voor u.

Dit ruime buitenhuis met eigen ingang is achter ons huis gelegen (aan de andere kant van onze rijke tuin). ♡ Woonkamer met gashaard, bioscoop, keuken met koelkast/ combi-oven/ waterkoker/ kookplaat, badkamer met o.a. regendouche, een vide met tweepersoonsbed ♡ Ruim terras met parasol, tuinmeubelen en een barbecue ♡ Sauna en hottub tegen bijbetaling (€45) ♡ 15 minuten lopen naar Haagse Markt (restaurants en winkels) 10 autominuten/ 15 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Breda.

Welkom! Het is heerlijk verblijven in deze karakteristieke, gemoderniseerde benedenwoning met een fijne living, nieuwe badkamer, keuken en zonnige achtertuin. Het verblijf is gelegen nabij het centrum van Breda. Met op loopafstand het centrum van Princehage. Hier vind je diverse horecagelegenheden en voorzieningen. Verder op korte afstand het Mastbos, het Marktdal en recreatiegebieden Galder en Asterdplas. Je huurt de ruimte exclusief Gratis parkeren Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Heerlijk tot rust komen in het fijne Brabant? Dat kan zeker in dit duurzame vakantiehuis met uitzicht op het prachtige terrein van Landgoed Bergvliet, en dat vanuit je bed! In deze natuurrijke omgeving kun je genieten van verscheidene fiets- en wandelroutes. Of kiezen voor een dagje relaxen bij het luxe SpaOne, dat om de hoek ligt. Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). Huis op land tussen paarden en asperges (+zwembad)

Net buiten Breda in het Brabantse dorpje Bavel ligt onze voormalige boerderij met schuur. Het gastenverblijf bevindt zich in de schuur, deze staat vrij, achter op ons terrein. Het verblijf is met veel zorg ingericht, met zoveel mogelijke duurzame materialen. Hout en beton zijn de basis, de inrichting is een mix van oud en nieuw waarbij zeker ook aan comfort is gedacht! Zo slaap je op heerlijke boxspring bedden!
