Loved staying at Chers' place, it was hugeeeee. More than enough space for 10 of us. Location is a little bit out of town, but only a 10 mins drive to Georgetown. Cher was really friendly too, recommending us places to eat while in Penang. Definitely will stay again the next time I'm here!

We were a family of 7 adults and occupied the 5 rooms. Each room had an en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water. There was a large living area where we could gather together. Location was fantastic….. night food market nearby with various food choices. Also easy walk to the beach. Not too close to local attractions but lots of transport available. Definitely recommend and would return

Easy to recommend Chan and his place if you're staying in Penang. He is your local uncle who will give you all the food and activity recommendations. The accomodation was modern and spacious (1 bedroom, 2 bath, large living room, large kitchen, with washer/dryer) so it was easy to live there. We also liked how it was away from the older area so we could relax in a more modern area at night. The area itself is only a 10-min grab to Gurney Plaza and a bit longer into Georgetown so very convenient.

The place is absolutely beautiful with stunning sea and city view. You’d never be able to find a place with a better view in Penang for sure. The pictures do not do any justice to the actually beauty of the place. Amazing location. Heavenly view from the hall as well as the all the rooms. All the amenities. Everything you need. Had my Raya stay with my big family. Everyone are happy with their room including my kids because of the bunk bed that they have in the master bedroom. Huge master bathroom. The host is very responsive and accommodating with all our needs. The staffs are just 1 call away, day and night. Abdul and Razak were helpful as well..

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

by far, this is the best airbnb unit I have experience in Malaysia. the kids enjoy the pool to the max. even the adult also could play along with kids and enjoy the sauna afterward. would highly recommend this place, if you could accept a little bit of noise, to me it is fully acceptable
